Day 2 of Making Healthy Desserts: Viral Chocolate Raspberry Jam Bites😍 These are such a fun healthier dessert idea!

Ingredients:
125 g / 4.5 oz. raspberries
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup

100 g / 3.5 oz. dark chocolate, melted

1. Mix the mashed raspberries, water, chia seeds and maple syrup together
2. Let sit for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and mixture to thicken
3. Spoon into a silicone mold or add dollops on to a plate lined with parchment paper
4. Let set in the freezer for about an hour or until set
5. Dip in melted dark chocolate. A great way to dip them is to use cocktail sticks. Then you can easily get them off of the bites by using a fork. Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. They will set quite quickly since the raspberry fillings are frozen. However, the fillings melt quite quickly, so try to dip them as fast as you can. You can of course put them into the freezer again if they have melted too much
