I like that you get right into the exercises and we don’t get a 10 minute lecture on your expertise and what not to do. I add 2 lbs weights on my ankles.

Thanks for not talking for a whole two minutes saying nothing before you start showing us the exercises.
I have been around looking for videos like these, but it’s always someone talking at their desk or in their car for a whooole lot of time before actually starting the exercise. So thank you, I will subscribe

The 'criss-cross jump' is the GREATEST for not only the legs but for cardio. I'm doing it daily and adding 15 seconds each time. (Lost my 'wind' not doing cardio due to a hip replacement, so aqua is AWESOME to regain it!) Thanks, Anna!!

I will incorporate these into my morning pool workout. I can't seem to tone up my legs enough and have been looking for some different exercises.

Tip: avoid staying on the balls of the feet in order to avoid plantar fasciitis--a common problem caused by those body mechanics.

I do thirty seconds of one of these after every set (2-4 laps for me). I get weird looks but ya know, I have toned legs so fight me

thanks for this video i now look bit more forward to go start my swimming session tomorrow. i feel a bit more prepared to start and loose some weight and get my knees back in order.

Will these exercises make you sore? I did a combination of these and moves from your other videos and I was wondering how do I know if it's doing anything if I'm not sore the next day because I'm not very tired doing them even though I did more reps than recommend. Thanks for the video! My hips, knees, and ankles bother me when I do these moves outside of the pool so it's nice being able to do them without feeling like I'm destroying my body lol
