Have an injury but still want to train?
Depending on the extent of the injury, you probably still can!

This method can be applied to any muscle group where a minor injury may be present. If it's an issue that can't be stretched out or worked around by re-positioning yourself, then definitely consult a physician, chiropractor or other medical practitioner in regards to this injury before training.
