Great vlog!! We have a dog that also drops hair several times a year... Although she's basically a short-hair (Pit) she does get a powerful undercoat! Go figure?! We use the FURMINATOR. Amazing results!! They have then for long and short-hair coats. Well worth the investment!! Highly recommend.

I feel for you and the heat! I lived in Scottsdale for a while... Hibernation is the best description!! Glad the AC is fixed. Thanks for sharing! Nicely done.

Our dog sheds lots and a "Furminator" works amazingly! You should really try it.

That brush is called a curi comb and they are mainly used on horses

also heard that if you put your kong in the freezer it helps it last longer. I havnt tried it yet. I need a new one. But the knog toy has lasted the longest with my dog. she is an extreme chewer lol

Cute shirts help contain the shedding :) Maybe not on a hot day but it helps and looks cute too. so the hair isnt found everywhere.

Hi! I have a Belgian Malinois and a German Shepherd and I have the hair problem. hahaha the only brush that has worked for me is the Furminator. I REALLY recommend it and it's worth every penny. And I have tried sooo many others...

Have you tried using a shedding blade? It's a long, curved, rather ominous looking hacksaw like blade with a handle but it works great on my Australian Cattle Dog X.
Not so much on my mini foxie, for him I use a Zoom Groom (which I guess is similar to your rubber brush) but I think he has finer coat than Kona.

Hi- you can try the Furminator for shedding. I tried EVERYTHING and finally this one has done the trick for both the dog and cat. It only takes out the lose fur. My dog has long hair on her back but has an undercoat that is short and kinky. After only a few minutes of combing it looks like we sheared a sheep!! You can always try it- I believe you can get your money back if you don't like it. It is about $40 but I can finally throw out all the other things we tried over the years. Good  Mo
