You can use those refreeze blocks bags that you find in coolers or cool bags. Then buy 2 or 3, put one in the bottle and the other in the freezer. Swap out as needed. You can also make a larger one with a plastic storage box, install fan on one end, and have a cut out in the other end with box fan or table top fan pointing into box. Inside the box, layer 3-4 ice cooler blocks/bricks (the blue plastic ones that form around canned drinks) laying on their side with hollow toward ends. The holes formed where the cans usually go will allow the air to flow through the bricks and box making an a/c 👍

Suggestion

You can put some salt(iodized or rock)for not easily melt the ice.

After you put a lot of ice cover it.
