Chest lift exercises primarily target the pectoral muscles, which are responsible for movements such as pushing and pressing. Strengthening these muscles can improve upper body strength and power.

For anyone who's having a hard time squeezing their chest properly, try to exhale when you do it. It makes a huge difference and soon your body will learn how to do it even without exhaling. Good luck!

I have been doing this workout for almost a month now. My breast size doesn't increase a lot, just 1cm (I'm a small chest), but it did firm my bust! The shape is getting rounder I'll say. I also do a lot of other breast lifting workout every day. The key is be persistent, spending 15min everyday is better than doing nothing at all.

Hello! I´m going to dedicate this comment to people who wonder if it´s working.
I´ve added this to my daily workout routine and these are my results:
06. 01. 2020 : 89 cm (bust area)
19. 01. 2020: 95 cm (bust area)
Incredible results. I´ve been doing this daily and it really helped me. I feel better and look better in my eyes. So thank you!
(Big difference, not even sure how it´s possible but I´m not complaining :) )

This exercises are working, I have done it 6-7 times till now and I see my dresses getting loose at chest level, sports bra gliding on easily without entangling and breast muscles getting firmer....Thank you Hana for such lovely videos. You inspire me totally....

been doing this for a week, i really don't see much improvement on my breast but as for my collarbone, i can see it is more define. I did this exercise 2 times everyday.

sono scioccata..funzione davverooo. Ho 16 anni e il mio seno negli ultimi anni si è abbassato molto, non faccio sport e non fumo. Sono sempre stata molto insicura. È da circa 2 settimane che faccio questo workout, e ho anche saltato dei giorni, ma adesso il mio seno è davvero più alto, continuerò a fare questi esercizi

I have done this exercise for around 2weeks. I dont really noticed changes on my boobs or my arm fat because im not taking any measurements. But i can say that this exercise will definitely tone up ur arm muscle. Or in the other words, i have biceps now which I really love it because i never have one before. I have done a lot of other arm fat exercise but never get good result like this 1.

This is really suitable for beginner because it is very easy peasy for me even for the 1st time. The moment i feel tired/burn of one of those exercise, the next will soothe the tiredness/burn feel. Maybe because of that i dont feel stress to do exercise and make me feel addicted to repeat again and again.

Now, im following the 2nd vid which is lot harder than this one that i have to take longer rest time for 1st time of doing that. And i keep changing with both of them depending on my mood. If i feel like to do the easy one, then i will choose this. If i want the challenging one, then i do the 2nd vid. And also ive done the hip dip exercise which have tone up my thigh mucscle as well.

Thanks a lot @hana milly, because of u, now ive addicted to do exercise almost everyday. I will keep doing ur exercise + others till i achieve my target. Wish me luck guys..

I've been doing this and Sanne's lifting workout which is similar, and two things that helped me were a) Not wearing a bra (as much as possible) so that my chest muscles could get stronger by carrying more weight, and b) not sleeping on my stomach to avoid streching the skin on my chest. I've seen a huge difference, hope this helps someone! The first one was especially difficult because I'm a DD cup, but it was worth it!
