I have two questions, both directly related to what you have said. First, how does repentance relate to belief? Paul reminded the leaders of the Ephesians church that he went everywhere proclaiming to Jews and gentiles alike, “repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus.” Some have suggested that repentance is a work. The second question concerns your view of salvation prior to Christ. Do you believe any of the Jews in the Babylonian exile were saved? Unless I misunderstand, you maintain that Jews were required to participate in the Day of Atonement in order to receive remission of sins. How was this possible for Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah (to name a few)?

I remember being told that we are saved BY grace through faith not of works but that we return to the law to STAY saved AFTER being born again. 😆

To me personally, if they preach anything but Jesus Christ, the cross and the blood, the death, burial, and resurrection, saved by faith by grace, if it involves works, by our part, then we've missed the Grace. I was saved and been kept totally by the Grace if God, when I called upon Jesus to forgive me and asked him into my ❤️ heart, I was saved from that day forward, he has never left me or forsaken me.

I do know a Church of Christ in my town who believes that Baptism in the water at this Church is valid. But they believe that a Believer has been baptized in the water from another Church is not in valid. They believe that to be baptized is the only way to Salvation. I had to stop attending that Church because of their beliefs.

Calvinism teaches a strange kind of gospel. They do say that it is by grace through faith as the bible teaches, but then they say Jesus didn't die for everybody. That certainly falls into the category of heresy. Thus I reject calvinism and calvinists as the Bible commands. As Titus 3:10 commands, the average person generally cannot admonish them directly unless they attend their church or unless they have some other communication with them, by phone or internet or whatever, so the only other option is to reject them and their teaching nonetheless.
