25grms all purpose flour
1tsp dry yeast
30grms white sugar
1tsp milk powder
1tsp salt
130ml warm water
1pc (s) size of egg
5grms margarine
pnch of oil (for bowl)

for the syrup
3 1/2tblsp white sugar

for the leche flan
20pcs of eggs (s) size
1can condense milk
1can evaped milk
1tsp of vanilla
(strain in 2〜3 times)

cooking oil for frying

non melting powdered sugar
(for toppings)
