Here's my main concerns with Lavu. I'm not sure if you've ever sold a Lavu account before, but the reporting with dual pricing is terrible. The business gets no breakdown of what the difference in card vs cash is, and it shows cash transactions as a "discount. And if you've ever worked with a restaurant owner... they HATE the word discount. The relationship with Woodforest for the payment processing sucks. LavuPay isn't really a thing, they're just an ISO of woodforest, so direct communication is a problem. Dual pricing is not reflective of the 4% (just less) and the "discount rate" is 4.45. I can tell that they are "trying" to make this work, but they seem to not have any idea of what they're doing. This reflects badly on everyone...Lavu, the sales reps, and leaves a bad taste in the mouths of restaurant owners. I chose to write this on specifically this video because... Toast! They have these little nuances handled.
