I think it's the way we are raised. Our parents force us to clean our plates no matter what, even if we're full or just not hungry. And we wonder why we grow up with an eating disorder and overeat, and feel we have to clean the plate no matter what.

Low carb high fat and eating less frequently has been the only thing that has decreased my cravings. My friend at work is not even doing keto but lowered her carbs and started eating avocados and she said her sugar cravings stopped.
Keep going everyone.

Your stomach gets smaller when you fast, it’s easier to eat less.

Its amazing how we're brought up to feed money to the food industry and all we get in return is fat, sick, tired, broke, and dead. I stopped supersizing my meals long ago.
That's just more money missing from my wallet and more girth added to my mid-section. No thanks. Great video Dr. Berg. Keep 'em coming.

I’ve been doing really good on OMAD and I had an urge to go get a burger and fries tonight. I ended up going to the grocery store and picked up 1.5 lbs of wild caught sockeye. I’m so glad I didn’t give in and eat carbs.

In America we are trained to overeat, or so it cent hamburgers, buffets everywhere and open salad bars, fill your tank, eat until you pop.  Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and every other holiday people gather on to "celebrate" or "socialize" common denominator:  WAY TO MUCH In this country it is a lifestyle or even a way of is off the  America is FULL of excesses, but I think food is the main "drug" here.

I’ve read it’s best to stop eating when you are still just a tiny bit hungry. You have to leave room for proper digestion, it makes sense to me. One big thing that’s helped me is making a conscious effort to chew my food until there is no chunks, completely liquified. This forced me to slow down and it’s helped my digestive system tremendously. I also try to time my meals by the circadian rhythm, we produce our most digestive juices when the sun is out. More digestive juices means less undigested food in my body…I will take all the help I can get.

Started Keto and IF from 6 months ago. I’m down to my ideal body weight and feeling great. Thanks Dr. Berg!

With intermittent fasting I can't eat much because my stomache has "shrunk". My portions are smaller and I am happy to quit eating sooner. Also, I never eat away from home as I can't afford it. 😉

I agree. I feel happier, bouncier and more productive when I’m 50%-60% full and then tell myself I’ll snack in 3-4 hours. It really helps! Being bloated is a sore feeling, physically and mentally
