I don’t waste my time or energy on people who aren’t worthy of being in my life.

I was so naive when I was very young and chose my husband, I did not even know that it was possible for a human to not have empathy-I really didn’t! I could not fathom that he did not feel like I did.

This has been very eye opening, I did not know a narc couldn’t be helped. That’s sad actually. They are going to live a very lonely, sad life.

Don't mess with Rebecca, that glint in her eye. A great talk on grey rock. I'm going to a family wedding with narcs present, this will help a lot thanks.

You Are So Right! On Point! My mother is a Narcissist and I have delt with her for many many years. She is 90 and still is even more into her Narcissism than ever. Since a few years ago I have went to little contact with her but I am in charge of her welfare. I do that but I am not responsible for her happiness or am I her slave. DT's niece said a while back about her Uncle, all he knows is that all relationships are a transaction. That is all she knows, all relationships are a transaction. I kind of like you, intuitively started being that Gray Rock. What made me feel even better after watching this video is what you said about "what goes around comes back around", so now she is getting it back now as she grows weaker in her power to manipulate people. So many now see her game and don't fall for it anymore. But lol, that even still doesn't stop her from doing it just the same.

Wow. Just wow. I remember when I was in an abusive relationship. I was able to see a counselor by telling him I was working on my insecurities. On the second visit, she explained narcissists. I was floored as what she said summed up my relationships including childhood. It took one more relationship to convince me that it would be Ground Hog's Day if I didn't change me. In the workplace, I seem to be the one that is pegged. That is a struggle. Need to continue working on not be so happy in front of them.

Wow! I've heard that alot. When the conversation becomes heated the comments was, "now we're getting somewhere." They wanted to rattle others. I never cease to learn something new from your vidoes. Thank you so much.

Yea it's a great tactic although be mindful not to Psychological Stonewall like what they do. Be open to any positive communication especially if children are involved. If they start being negative/aggressive cut off communication till they can behave better next time.

If you have proof of something they did wrong, and you confront them without sharing the proof (but having it gives you the confidence to stand your ground); and they still gaslight you…do you reveal the proof or keep it?

Awesome video the only thing I would say is that at the one point when you said about how you respond when you’re in Greer rock you said to say “sure I agree with you” .. I have learned that is a very dangerous thing to say in the situations and I know you were just using it as example but I’m telling people be very careful when you say sure I agree with you just to get out of the moment because that will come back at you
