Boiled rice rice 1 cup oil 4 teaspoon carrot 1 no cabsge 50 GMs spring onion 1 no capsicum 1/2 no pepper powder 1 teaspoon
sugar a pinch salt to taste vinigar or lime 1/2 teaspoon onion 1/2 no garlic 4 pieces ginger a small piece salt to taste
