Hi there I have a KD-55X8509C. It needs a firmware update but I can't turn it on. When plugged in the SONY icon is in the middle of the screen (so the power works) but it's unresponsive. I tried a factory re-set (power off, pressing power buttons at the back, plug in) but the SONY never disappears. PLEASE do you know what I can try next?
