Bluefish was my first ever catch and cook when I moved to Florida. Everyone said it was shit. Threw it on a hot pan with some olive oil, garlic salt and some seafood seasoning. Served with some rice and it was really good. Ever since then, I always keep at least one bluefish.

Bluefish actually tasty maybe not as good as other saltwater fish but if your a good cook bluefish will taste good

Here in Australia we call them Tailor. Some people absolutely love them and some people hate them. Personally, I think the flavour is too strong so I’m more than happy to target other fish, but we eat them from time to time. Nice video! 🙌🎣

I actually love bluefish. I dimly remember my Polish grandfather preparing freshly caught bluefish with onions and mayonnaise. It was amazing!
