Dept of State doesnt schedule your interview for you. You have to vigilantly monitor their website and quickly book an interview once open slots appear on their calender ..

, fiancemy usa citizen married in 1999 in Dominica then the ex wife followed after in 2001, is their a possibility his lawyer by then could have filed for a I-134??, our lawyer is filling I-134 where it asks if sponsor has ever filed for I-134 before and is saying that probably his lawyer by then could have filled I-134 that in those days or years they were using I-134 for spousal. My fiance can't remember coz it's long time ago. Thanks

so what happens when you get approved but the NVC has not sent a welcome letter and its been 5 months sins you got a USCIS sent you approval letter

She will turn 18 by the time of the visa interview, but she will still be 17 at the time I file the petition. Are there any potential issues with filing while she is 17, and does her turning 18 by the visa interview satisfy USCIS’s requirements for the K-1 visa process?

My medical was late after interview so I was refused, however it was sent over on the 1st of this month and we got approved on the 2nd. Ever since the 2nd our CEAC have been saying approved.
How long do you think we’ll have to wait until it gets issued?

Question for you: I have been living abroad with my fiance for about 3 years. We just got approved for the K1 yesterday. Man i been here so long, i dont have a place or a car back home in the States. I would like to spend a couple months to get a house and a vehicle for my family. So is there a grace period before the 90s or when we the Visa in the mail does the 90 days start then or can we wait a couple months for me to get situated back home?
