We have given up! Our K-1 application was approved by USCIS 9/2020 and forwarded to NVC and hence to U.S. Embassy, Bogota. Then March, 2020 everything stopped in Bogota. We had hoped that once Biden was in place the switch would be flipped and we would be back to normal but no. We will make our new home in Republic of Colombia!

I sent my application September 16 2021 via USPS 2 Day. Arrived at UCIS September 18th. I paid by credit card with form G1450, they charged my credit card September 21. I received the NOA1 in the mail September 27. I did prepare my application exceptionally well, not sure if that’s why I’ve made great progress or if they are processing faster now. My fiancé is from Thailand.

April of 2019 22 Months and counting at the Vermont Service center not even at the NVC yet still waiting on USCIS to do what we paid them to do. My fiance is from the Philippines too.

I will file really soon. A friend of mine sent her application in November 2020, and the check was cashed in February 2021.. it’s April 14 2021 and she’s still waiting for the application to go to the next step..

I praised your honesty, very few experts telling it as it is. Yes approval is taking about 10months and then NVC centers are a whole different game. I just received a reply email from the US consular office in Montreal where our file is sitting collecting dust, that say currently as of today they are processing file and cases that were documentarily ready on July-Aug 2020...a whole year backlogs!!!! God help us!🤯

Thank you for the video. That helps. I have been waiting on my fiancé visa since December 2019. We are stuck at NVC since April/May and they are not sending to embassy in Jordan. Told us it’s cuz of COVID. But this is more than 13-14 months already and I don’t know how long it’s gonna take. I am trying to expedite it.

They received mine in May, 3rd/2021 and has been 13 months and still didnt received my letter to make my app for the interview! They pushed ahead 4 times!! Now is 13-14.5 months!! Its mind blowing!!🤯🤯

My case has been sent to the US embassy Manila last Feb 18, 2020 that's according to the NVC. We actually requested from the NVC last month to have it expedited but that's the only reply we received from the NVC and that they do not have my case anymore. It's already in the US Embassy manila. I would like to know your thoughts about this. Thank you

I have a I797 and a D160 confirmation yet I have not been get a interview. National visa center that problem is the United States counsel in Juarez Mexico. Filed a request for information that was received yet other than request received. Is it necessary to file a lawsuit to get information on a visa a-prove with confirmation? A lawsuit seems like overkill which is very expensive t.

And so much easier said than done plan a vacation. He’s in Norway which is on the travel Ban we haven’t seen each other since last March!
