My guess is that the Replicators had not begun their assault on the Asgard, or even better they never came to be in this reality. The Asgard were barely holding the line in the main reality, and they were not able to keep a close watch on all the protected worlds. The fact they were even able to send a ship to save a world that was not part of the protected planets treaty says a lot, then again assuming such a treaty exist in that universe.

I actually think that Paralelle Earth would have it a ton easier, the cat was out of the bag, they had been attacked by aliens who fled, they would be able to operate openly from that point on.

Got to love the Asgard coming to the rescue with the cavalry type deal, and it will make most races run for the nearest Stargate except for Replicators.

I love the Asgard. My favorite sci-fi race hands down. If they ever make a new SG show I hope they find a way to bring them back via Atlantean knowledge of cloning or something.

I rewatch the Asgard episodes of SG1 every few months or so lol
