I’ve been Eating Natto for a few years now! It’s been useful to me when I want to eat lunch, but got nothing extravagant or me just not wanting to eat junk for lunch. A simple bowl of white rice, soy sauce, mushroom soy sauce, Salt, pepper, spring onions mixed it. Topped with the Natto on top!

For the Green Tea: it is not green probably because it is low quality and brewed too hot.

I recommend getting some loose leaf Tea and get the water up to 70-80°C, or for Gyokuro, I do 50-60°C. Don't let it steep too long as that will make it very bitter, if you don't like that.

Spent a decent chunk of my life in Taiwan and Japan and patting down rice is a big taboo they like it fluffed up and airy, it really makes a difference
