Very insightful! Be reflective and remember you are interviewing for entry level leadership within the district, so you need to think outside of the classroom and not give the impression that you already "know it all". Remember be honest and truthful. Don't lie or exaggerate.

Dear Kathleen, I have watched your videos and have had 18 admin interviews this summer and fall and have not made it to the second round - I feel like I have answered the questions well, but maybe I am talking too much? Can you give some advice. They usually ask 8 prescribed questions and give you 3 minutes to respond to each one - they are timed.
