I change a little of what Rachel said, but here is the example answer provided by Rachel for the question "Tell me about yourself": I studied at the University of Florida and graduated in 2012 with a master’s degree in business administration. After graduation, I was hired at “happy kids creative” I’ve been there for the past 5 years and I’m currently the director of toy production. During that time sales have grown steadily. Its been a great experience but I run out of room to grow with “HKC” and I’m looking for new opportunities. I have a lot of experience leading teams in the creative process and founding new markets for the products that we create.

-So just to get it: first she mentions her studies, then talks about work history. Mention an achievement (Sales have grown). Then she mentions why she is looking for a new job (out of room to grow). Then talks about her experience and strengths that she acquired (Leading teams)

Hey Rachel, thank you for posting these videos. I am an international medical graduate who applied for residency training here in the USA. I got interviews from different hospitals but I could not make a difference. As English is not my native language, I stumbled during the interview. I was not lucky enough to secure a spot.
