This time last year I ran a half in 2:32, this year at the same race I ran 1:44 following your training plan, and using your videos as motivation! Thanks for all of your hard work ✌🏻

I am literally going for my first sub 2 hour half tomorrow morning 😂. Music to my ears with the indicators since i can do 25 min 5km and 55 min 10km runs. Im going to do this 🙏

Videos like these help me become a better runner Ben, thank you so much for providing wonderful insights. I ran my first half marathon race back in 2020 (right before covid) with a time of 2:01, ran my latest half marathon race this year with a time of 1:34. Now training to achieve sub 1:30 later this year.

I want to come back and thank you for this video in particular, I watched this literally the day before the berlin half, and it has helped me a lot! I have tried half marathon twice before, I felt I had put in all efforts, and I was 2h11m last year, and 2h6m last month. I really wanted to improve, but felt almost impossible. After watching this video, I changed my strategy and pacing, for the first 3km I used a comforatble cruising speed, and increased speed only at later stage, and I even had something left to sprint the last km. I got 1:57:30 in the end, and I felt I had a joyful run and a strong finish.

I just did this a couple of weeks ago! First time coming in under 2 hrs for a 1/2. 1:59:53 chip time. It was such a crazy feeling

Ah did 2:13 in Austin, but was quite happy given i trained only on treadmill (given the cold in NY) and those are some of the craziest hills i ever ran on. Di 2:07 in Brooklyn half next year. Next one will be under 2:00 :)

This video is probably for a person like I run 5k and 10k daily under 24mins & 48mins respectively with my Asics Gel Nimbus 26. Now, it is time to step up to 21.1km 💪

...did 2:06:13 on my sub 2 attempt following a coach Gregg Garmin plan with suggested 1:47 time mostly because all my training was at 0° - 12° and the race was the first hot day of the year - 18° at the start and 29° at the finish line

Last summer I did the Half in 2:16. Currently I am on track to hit a sub 2 Half in a couple weeks. I like LMNT and Tailwind for my liquid fuels and a Rice Krispy Treat about half way through my run.

I ran a half marathon that included a 700 ‘ hill at 70 years old two years ago at 2:05. Didn’t think it was a big deal. This video title surprised me.
