I loved how you are so calm and methodical in this video. Great teacher.

No repair to hard for you! That was amazing. I could see it was frustrating but you showed us to take out time and think things through, a great lesson in repair from you, you truly are a master.

You're great man and human being. Me, myself, I'm professional, specialized for power electronics and motor drives, but I enjoy in your videos. There's always something interesting, especially for young people interested in electronics. Please, just keep making videos. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Sorins Discord is best ive seen? The shear amount of literature, books, How to guides, Pin outs and schematics, on and on and on and you want to learn or fix something? You cant go wrong taking a look...It's great.

Thank you Sorin. Better to have failed trying than not trying at all. Thank you for your generosity . :- )

A sheet of thin, hard, plain white laminate like Formica stuck to my desk with 3M double-sided tape (so I can replace it with a new piece when it gets too scratched, burned and chipped) makes it a lot easier to see stuff. I stick a piece of white butyl tape near the back of the desk and press screws & small parts into it in left to right straight horizontal rows starting furthest from me and working one row closer with each sub-assembly. (as a lefty you'd work right to left I guess)
That way they don't roll around and get lost - and for reassembly I know to pick them up in reverse order. Works great almost every time.
A thermal camera on my phone shows me right away what's drawing current.
I need every advantage I can get because sadly I'm not half as skilled or as fast or as good at diagnosis as you '~'
Thanks for the very helpful videos Sorin!

His. Great work in all your videos. Quick tip with All-in-one desktops....yhe circuit somehow gets in a short and cannot snap out of it due to power from CMOS battery. Most of the time just remove CMOS battery and press Power Button for 10 seconds. Then put CMOS battery back in and 90% your machine will be fixed and work as normal.

Very great video, I have learnt that if your power supply has fluctuating or low voltage out put, usually check caps

Hello Sorin. An ESR Meter helps you a lot at electrolytic capacitors. Even if they are not swollen or leaking, they may be defective.
