Before I do anything else with my Saturday I just want to say thank you, you've helped in ways I dont think you intended too, I am new to IT and I'm learning all the basics with a fundamentals course, but I wanted to learn practical things to do if issues go wrong with a desktop so I can be ready for an entry level job. As you gave the possible solutions it jogged my memory of things I know and helps me to see how they are connected ie hardware issues or software issues. I've spent 6 hours from this morning writing out your every word on this video, had to rewind a few times in each segment so I didn't miss anything hence why it took so long. I've also added a few extra things you could do especially with internal not working (cables lol) im going to study everything I've written and practice everything you said pretending I have each issue, I have an IT tutor from india who will watch over me while I practice, after 4 weeks im gonna start studying for my a+. Thanks again.

Every time I try to download an iso from a well known file sharing site, it changes it to a dat file, as in it is listed as a dat file instead of iso. It's driving me nuts. Any ideas?
