Those bungalows are nice and quiet homes which is perfect for young families and you can live there your whole life, but they are not as good if you have 1 million to spend on a house. You can than by something more spectacular in the city and it probably won't be a bungalow but only after you get the first house paid off. It looks like Igor is motivated to do it. What I personally would like is a basement with tall 9 or 10 foot ceilings. I have 10 foot on the main level in my current house which is nice. None of these older bungalows are 10 foot levels, they are only 8 foot. That's what always gets me thinking but the older I get maybe the less I care except that a person is somewhat forced to care.
