1 teaspoon chicken tikka paste
1 teaspoon tandoori marinade paste
1 teaspoon kashmiri paste
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
1-2 pinches of chilli powder for medium spice
1 heaped teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 lemon worth of juice
a generous drizzle / 2 Dessert spoons mustard oil
1/2 a cup ( 2 heaped dessert spoons) of plain yoghurt
optional red food colouring
1 teaspoon mustard
4 teaspoon tomato puree
