I tried this recipe and loved it so much, i did a bit of tweaking to it by adding less cream ( I used 1/3cup cooking cream) and it still turned out to be one of the best chicken recipes!

Thank you for sharing your making of this curry. I’ve spent many years cooking different versions of curries and am now delighted to say that this is my absolute keeper as my go-to chicken tikka masala curry. Apart from its simple ingredients, the preparation and cooking is so easy - I followed the method exactly to get the right consistency of each ingredient as it cooked. It certainly had the big thumbs up from my Son who agreed and would be cooking it himself.

I have to thank you for this video. I made it on Sunday and oh dear it was amazing. So much better than from many take aways or even regular restaurants i have been too. I have to add that I marinated the chicken for like 6hours so it was sooo tender, juicy and aromatic and it was a chicken breast which tends to dry out easily.
