Creatine is the most researched supplement on the market, but there is still many questions pertaining to its use. As there are a handful of different types, and some claims that don’t always line up with what the research has presented. I get it! Let’s set the record straight here.
-
Whether you are in a fat loss, muscle building, or body recomposition phase within your journey, creatine is a great supplement for you to use!
-
Creatine, at a cellular level, is simply a “refurbishing tool.” Think of creatine as your homie who refills your beer for you while you continue watching the football game. It was of no extra effort to you, but you have a fresh beer and you’re still chugging along rooting for your favorite team. That’s what creatine is, it converts used ATP (ADP) back into ATP (Useable Energy Source) for you to get those last reps or run a little bit longer.
-
Creatine is not going to bloat you. Have you guys ever seen the SpongeBob episode where he blows up his muscles like balloons? That is basically what creatine does, but on a much smaller scale. Lol. Studies have shown an increase in strength and endurance for strength athletes when supplementing with creatine.
-
As you walk into your local supplement store, they have shelves upon shelves of different kinds of creatine. I suggest to go with monohydrate. It will keep your money in your pocket, and provides the same results as HCI or any other form that you see, for a fraction of the price.

It dehydrates the fuck out of you, if you don’t take it everyday and drink insane amounts of water you will feel like shit. Gave me vertigo for a week

Nah, your liver might not like it all the time, and I have heard creatine can cause balding. Also, taking it all the time can create a certain level of dependency.
