I use laptop, I type "attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s" and it say "Path not found - C:\boot"

My computer is restored but it is now in window 7 mode with all my settings into like 5 years ago... could you help me to redo the process and make it back to window 10 settings? I used the command option to do it.
