EARLY POTATO HARVEST

This Video was my First Potato Harvest this year.. I had only harvested 2 buckets because I've seen that there were still tiny tubers and maybe if I let the potatoes in their pots for atleast 1week or 2,then those tiny potaters still have time to grow.. You'd have more bigger potatoes if you'd wait for the foliage to all die back. If you grow a very early potato(70-90 days), you'd be able to double plant them. I planted in April, and so the middle of July, I should be able to harvest and replant(which I see is your intention). Still, you had a pretty good harvest. My wife would have taken all of those tiny potatoes and cooked them in a white gravy. It makes a delicious side dish to go with a meal.
