I love slugging. I discovered it last year and it was life changing during winter. I also have dry skin and hormonal acne, and I don’t break out. The trick is layering. I use an essence, serums, a moisturizing BHA serum on my chin, jaw and nose, followed by actives (I use tretinoin + niaminicide+ tranexamic acid), then moisturizer and finally my occlusive layer. I’m obsessed with bloom effects nectar. In the winter I make sure I use the most moisturizing products and cut back on my actives. When it warms up I use less of my occlusive layer and increase my actives.

Vaseline was the only thing I used to use when I didn't have a budget for skincare. It's cheap and works hella good during winters. I didn't just use it at night either. It never caused any jits or anything. I still use vaseline on my lips.

Vaseline only as under eye treatment. So first good under eye cream, and then vaseline ❤️

Try putting your normal moisturizer under your eyes and then your Vaseline. It’s like the best eye cream!!
