Thumbs up just for making this video about this topic. I’m going to take brain retraining seriously. This seems like the perfect approach. Eat healthy foods until 80% full and by definition you’ll eat so much less.

Could you explain a little more what "a little hungry" feels like? I have been trying to do this but I don't think I'm eating enough because I'm feeling a bit tired and irritable all day or is this expected in the first couple of weeks?
