Great advice, sadly for me people disrespect me behind my back at this point since most of the guys are small and weak. Very few dudes my size or bigger are disrespectful, they are normally laid back and chill.

Most disrespectful people have such a huge ego that calmly asking for an apology is asking way too much, it will make them feel weak and it will just offend them. It will cause them to escalate the situation because they now feel like they have something to prove.
