Apart from Perez, Who has been doing the role of a second driver in Red Bull for quite some time now, the engineers that have propelled Red Bull to their recent success are reported to be leaving! This will have a huge impact on the dynamics at Red Bull, and there is a possibility that the team’s chemistry could spiral out of control in the middle of the season, something that Mercedes would be very happy to hear about as well!

This seasons championship winning team is by far from being decided already. Many people think it's all going well for Red Bull, but throughout this season it will become more and more difficult for them, especially with stuff like this happening.

Everyone is going at RedBull saying they are fed up with them winning races, I did not hear this when Mercedes were winning every race.

Red Bull will survive the season, but come next year it will be a much more competitive situation. Let's put it this way, if you believe the people who went from Red Bull to Aston and Ferrari know exactly or enough of what went into the RB19, then it will be only a matter of time when they can produce a car on par with the RB19 if not better. I expect both Mercedes and Ferrari to further improve during the season, but it won't be enough. 2024 however should be an interesting season.

RB is a great time and certainly know how to manage it. With Christian and Helmut at the top they create the culture, the team spirit what is needed. Compare to other teams there are superior and will stay this season. Despite all efforts other teams will make, the culture will not change. Which is in my modest opinion key. The success of Ferrari in the past with Michael was totally on his behave, merit and commitment in order to achieve the necessary changes. Changes of good people to other teams must not be overvalued. For Perez the championship could be a real battle hopefully. Nevertheless I think he has to grow more to have a real change. His street fighting mentality is good, but in the long run no match to Max. Max is mature to push him on the limit and Perez will go off. The other way around: no way. It was Hamilton who tried to get under the skin of Max on and of track. The result was otherwise. You can't win from a lion, if street fight all the way.

Mercedes and Ferrari still have engine problems since 2021. They must turn down their engines until the new engine rules for 2026. So Red Bull will have the advantage til then. I didn’t make them but those are the rules.
