Mazda CX-5 Review: How Different Between Low & High Spec?

As similar as they look, they are actually pretty different.

Let's find out the differences between the two most affordable/common variant of the Mazda CX-5s, the low (GL) and the high (GLS) spec.

Both variants are powered by the same 2.0L DOHC I4 SkyActiv-G petrol engine, driving the front wheels through a 6-speed SkyActiv-Drive automatic transmission, producing 162hp and 213Nm.

The Mazda CX-5 is larger than the CX-3 and CX-30, but smaller than the CX-8 and CX-9 in comparison.

The paint colour of the two CX-5s featured here are finished in: Deep Crystal Blue & Meteor Grey. Addition charges would be applied if you opt for Soul Red Crystal or Snowflake White Pearl as they are special colours.

i reside in North America, that key is for 2020 and lower model, I used that have that key on my CX-5 2018 sport model I currently have a 2021 the key is different is a touring sv package ( which is the same GLS) engine is different is a 2.5 187 hp and. 186 torque. The screen in 10.25 inches I 💕 your videos. I really wanted the CX-30 but the lease special on cx5 was impossible to beat Thank you so much I really like your cars videos. In the GLS you have the USB charger in the back arm rest.

Dont miss out the part where the 2018 GLS has front sensors at the bumper and the GL version doesn't. Anyone have any experience with the GL version and its drivability without the front parking sensors? Senang tak?

The cx5 is ckd which makes the pricing very competitive compared to the cx3/cx30 which are cbu only and have a huge price premium over segment rivals. But with personal experience the 5 year labour and part free service and warranty is worth the extra cost. Mazda glenmarie also has a very nice sc to wait in + Mazda's mobile service/rescue service is top notch which offsets any additional cost as well

hi, can you make a quick video to compare the color of meteor grey and machine grey and deep crystal blue? planning to get the machine grey but see some grey on the road looks quite dull, not sure are those meteor or machine grey. thinking whether should change to deep crystal blue or snowflake white(but worry the water lines underneath the side mirror, door handle and tail light very obvious). thank you!
