HOLY SHIT MY PC IS RUNNING SO FAST NOW! earlier it was using 98% of RAM even though I had no windows open and I kept looking through resource manager and I still couldn't find the issue, this helped so much that I never imagined my laptop could ever run so fast thank you SO MUCH

I'm wondering why the pages for all the major media sites (like USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, New York Times etc, ) always cause high CPU and high physical memory usage. I cannot view any media site without getting this problem and the circle just keeps spinning until I close the tab.

I also keep Task Manager Performance Tab open so I can see CPU use and close a tab for the web page just in case there's trouble.

if u guys still got high usage of ram memory usage try to go Control Panel>System and Security> system and click advance system settings top right and click performance setting and click advanced and processor scheduling there is 2 option there programs and background services click the program circle and press apply and restart

love this! i have 3gb of ram and i boot up my laptop and open you tube. kinda laggy. ilooked at my memory optimizer and it ate 2.5gb of ram! i dont know whats eating up my ram. but when ifollowed this tutorial, and bam! my ram saved haft of its capacity! thanks for this video!

Seems to have worked, just make sure you read it through before turning it off to make sure you don’t get rid of anything important

Thanks, at this point every little bit helps. I've Win 7 (32 bit) and this version only accesses 4 gig of the 8 gig of installed RAM. Your method lowered average usage from over 70% to high 50% with Opera browser open. I'm unsure of what programs can be safely uninstalled, as many relate to graphics card, motherboard, PCU, or Microsoft.

My laptop is running in high memory, but when i open task manager suddenly it goes low, but after the task manager closed it goes high again, im tired of this, any solution for this problem?
