These exercises definitely work! I had a little bit of a double chin and loose skin on my neck. I noticed a difference the very first time I did these exercises and I've committed to doing them every day since Thanksgiving and there is a major difference! I am LOVING the results!

Awwww, this was great. Just in between teaching online :D lol. I felt super relaxed afterwards too as I didnt realise not only was my posture awful but I was very tense in the shoulders and neck. I will be doing this daily from now on. Thank you for sharing! :D

I don’t have loose skin, I have terrible tightness in the front of my neck. Would this help? I tried this video once and I started sweating buckets with the stretches
