Each of the 7 deadly sins of hell represent a part of a circus.

This was confirmed 3 months ago by two tweets from vivziepop. In one tweet she said each character is based on a circus act, with lucifer being the ringleader. And in a second tweet she said that beelzebub represents the animal trainer/animal shows of a circus. She has hoops and rings she flies through in her mansion.

So since we know 2, it’s time to theorize about the other 5.

Mammon represents clowns since he resembles a jester.

Satan represents a strongman, since in episode 7 his app is a workout app and bee mentions his abs in episode 8.

Asmodeus is a dancer/trapeze artist. In his club, you can see lots of trapeze-art related things and pole dancing is big there.

Belpeghor is likely a contortionist since her ring has to do with healthcare.

And lastly leviathan is likely a magician.

I think Belphagor is a freakshow act instead of a contortionist cuz
1) The freakshow acts you see in shows like Barnum's are just disabled people (ex. Bearded lady just had a hormone disorder) who just have conditions that werent well-known or were new as compared to present day, which could reference the sloth ring's medical ties
2) Its literally minimum effort. All you have to do is just sit there and people just stare at you. Maybe the ringmaster gives you a gimmick like singing or riding on a horse but compared to other acts, you still dont have much to do cuz your appearance speaks for itself. Perfect for the embodiment of sloth.

Belphegor is... a ticket seller!
It would fit the circus theme so well! And it would also be the laziest design yet Everyone will be like "Hey Bel, we're all super stoked on this circus thing, what'll you be?" "I'll just sell tickets" and they spend their days just sleeping with a giant SOLD OUT sign

I adore the idea of Leviathan conjuring up things he doesn’t have.

Personally. I thought Ozzie was the magician as he literally poofs onto stage when we first see him and his whole getup is reminiscent of a classic magician outfit, down to the top hat and feathers. I’m pretty sure Belphegor is going to be The Bearded Lady/ Anomaly of the act because she’s been confirmed to not only be female but her design is likely goat/baphomet based, judging by the common folk that seem indigenous to that ring. Plus for Stolas’ Happy pills, her logo is gear mixed with the all important candle associated with the baphomet demons. Perhaps Baphomet is Bel’s life partner or they’re even one in the same (which I doubt). Leviathan could symbolize be a breath holding routine as envious people tend to hold their breath when trying to get their way.

i heard one theory that belphagor could be a bearded lady/freakshows. bee uses she/her pronouns for her, and belphagor is often depicted as a horned man with a beard. the "candleheads" in sloth also resemble baphomet, who often presents very androgynous, being a "goat man with breasts"
