Hi Becky!
You can use self stick tiles under your sink to refresh the floor of the inside of the vanity. It’s really easy to do and easy to clean too! We used 12” x 12” self stick tiles. They come in a variety of colors and patterns. We got ours at a home improvement store.

Throw in a few bath towels in with any plastic liner, and the results are perfect. Done it for years.
