Thank you very much for this clear explanation. It's easy to think that we are in our desired state but we have so many underlying beliefs that manifest the circumstances we dislike. Going back to the blank state, I AM, is the right idea. Only from there can we shift to another state. I'm glad I watched this video, it reminded me to get back to the basics.
