Back with another shorts with a quick yet eye opening vid showing you what 100 calories of different foods looks like in particular junk food vs healthy food SNACKS. I’m sure you can agree that snacks are great but depending on whether they are junk food or healthy food snacks, 100 calories sometimes doesn’t go a very long way and can make fat loss and weight loss difficult at times. On the other hand, 100 calories of different foods from HEALTHY snacks can actually go quite far especially high volume ones. Therefore, i thought this video would help show what 100 calories looks like in practice to really put into perspective the portion size you can get for 100 calories worth of different foods and snacks.

Some foods / snacks yield very little food for 100 calories while others are actually quite good so hopefully this helps you out on your healthy diet, fat loss, weight loss, muscle gain attempts and putts it into perspective what 100 calories of different foods looks like in particular junk food vs healthy food SNACKS.

Rice cakes but with avocado(mashed) and sweet potato(cut in circles and baked in over) and whatever seasoning I had at the time, pinch of sea salt.

Rice cakes aren't really unhealthy they just have a lot of calories. I think it's a underrated bulking food so I'll go with rice cakes/crackers

Yesterday I gained a little in comparison to the day before where I ate healthy, and today I actually lost quite a bit in comparison to yesterday, while I ate a lot of unhealthy snacks with my friends.
Idk how that works lol

what people don’t realize is that 100 cals for many people should only be 1/15-1/19th of your calories for the day. eat what you like as a snack in moderation, and make sure to keep calories available for meals!
