I put water bottles quarter filled with zero water filter in freezer also & quit drinking cokes or any drinks with corn syrup & I drink pressed coconut water instead to replace electrolytes & minerals from drinking the mineral free water.. but I found it helps my brain function better rather than the sugary drinks which don't help ADD

Thank you for this video. I will try applying these techniques to my new daily routine of chores/working from home. The a.m. routine I've got down but I almost always run out of steam during the p.m.

The problem specially summer time drinking alot of water is soothing for me because of the texture and satifacion problem is cant wait a minute urinating 5 times a day feels like a waste of time !! Or sitting in the potty 🚽 after 10 min feels like 45 min sometimes my leggs go numb and i have to start stimming to have leg reaction !!

After experiencing heat exhaustion or stroke a few yrs ago I drink water all the time. I use a reusable water container and filter it through a berky water filter system.

Place things where you can see them so it triggers your memory. I have my water bottle by my bedside to remind me to drink water.

Aha moment!!! I didn’t know my meds stopped my thirst. I didn’t know diet drinks stopped my thirst. Water gives me heartburn. Any suggestions? Also, there are water bottles with timers attached to remind us to drink.

I want to drink more water when taking my meds....
Had to laugh at having to go get the water, because yes, sometimes it IS hard...a lot of things seem to take so much work...I’m tired now😊

I place a glass of water in front of my WC 😂 so everytime I have to pee I sip a little bit of water that later will bring me to pee again ✨
