I rolled back the new version with older one, but all the photos & videos, some other data have been erased automatically.the interface of apps & screen have been changed.plz help me to recover them and older interface of my laptop.

If is dimmed..what I supposed to do, AMD driver is not working. HP and Microsoft support this is not acceptable in anyway manner for a product I paid for?? PD Same problem on Win 10
