Wow, Ive been a Microsoft customer for my ENTIRE LIFE, in my eyes backward compatibility was the sauce. IDK what they are doing over there now. I bought and licensed a professional copy of Office 2016, where is it? I'm in my home behind my firewall what happened to it? I don't WANT office 365. I want to go to my search bar and type excel and do what I was trying to do without delays and interruptions. Good job MS you have chased me right in to the arms of google sheets.

Thank you very much. This video saved a very 12 men work day. I had to do this because the newest version of Office crashed our Access Databeses.

I have to say that I am not proficient with command prompts & I have no clue what I need to copy & past into the black box. It's extremely easy to follow your instructions up to that point. My computer is re-installing Office 365! It's exactly what I am trying to get rid of! How do i find the correct prompt for an older version of Office that is on my computer?

Last update made my Outlook appear as if it were a web page, and all white, no way to turn off the view, and the kicker is since I'm using a 1024x768 flatscreen, it isn't resizing, so i've got huge areas taken up by everything else but what I need, rolling back to July, I guess and turning off updates. *update - FYI - this method didn't work with the latest build - Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14131.20296) 64-bit

I receive a message saying, "You're up to date. The latest version of Office approved by your sysadmin is installed on your computer." I'm the sysadmin. I removed the computer from the domain thinking the group policy for updates was affecting it. Any thoughts?

"You need to get the command that want to roll back to, I'm going to copy that from the webpage."

What web page?
Can I copy the command you downloaded and just change the version number?
Seems you left out some important info.
