Quick tip for when you hit the ground to go into the roll: bend your knees as your feet touch the ground. This is the way that cats can land on there feet and not hurt

When i was on a horse it got scared off and threw me to the side, i side rolled and landed safely because of the side roll, so practice every roll kids, you never know when you might need them.

So glad that I learned how to parkour roll. Saved me during kickball in school today. I tripped while running and did hit my knee slightly because it was really far in front of my body while I was running, but I didn't have a massive scrape, just a little but of skin burned off because I rolled. Still made it to base too.
