But also wanted to mention it's confirmed: there is a glitch in youtube where any video featuring minors under 18 effectively gets censored. This has been the case for months now (or possibly years?), however, the algorithm recognising minors has changed 3 weeks ago, it now flags any minor under 18 (and also young adults over 18, mostly girls) as being underage and as a result comments get turned off. Youtube confirmed this should happen just once, in fact it happens up to 10, 11 or even 12 times. And even worse, any video where this happens simply doesn't get a lot of impressions (with shorts often even no impressions at all). It's destroying ALL channels featuring minors, though it obviously has less effect on big channels. Smaller channels featuring minors (like mine) are now just dead in the water...

I've been trying to get youtube convinced there is indeed a bug in their system, but they just keep denying it... Probably assuming I'm just another small channel posting garbage content complaining I don't get views... That's not the case, my content is great, people like it, except they don't get to see it. I've also talke to some really succesful channel owners featuring minors, they see similar things. I posted my own video on another channel, same result... It's happening everywhere. And either youtube is lying about it, or they genuinely have no clue the algorithm has a major malfunction right now.... Anything you can do to bring this under the attention of people and help out thousands (millions?) of kids who have no clue what's happening to their channel right now?
