I absolutely love the structure of it. I make steamed chard, it's INSANE how much vitamins this thing has, I can feel the difference in training when I'm on chard and when I'm off.

Love Swiss chard! Thank you for the video. My favorite is red chard mixed in a romaine salad with grape tomatoes. I like a vinaigrette dressing. Dense nutrition when you need something quick to eat. Another favorite is to saute in avocado oil with red onions and portobello mushrooms seasoned with black pepper and some rosemary. My neighbors tell me the aroma is awesome. I never ate this as a kid, but as an adult, I truly enjoy it.
