The title alone is great advice "Stop chasing your runaway wife (girlfriend)." I'm 50 now, I know, it's hard to believe for me as well, and I have seen it all with women (I hope), and I can say NEVER chase a runaway, and unfortunately you can't take them back either. When they run away they think they can do better, and when they come back they are 'settling' for you. It sucks, a couple girls I really liked, and my message was, "I can make it work with you, " but you can't if she isn't fully onboard.

Good advice. I had to get to a place in my self of not needing anything from anyone, not even the people closest to me, my loved ones. It was then that I could accept them as they are, and let them have whatever they are having, without me being involved in it.

I am glad I found this to hear the things I did, but when your wife keeps getting in too close of friendships with co workers all while you were respecting her request for space, what do you do? 2 times in 3 years all while my 2 daughters are young. She has admitted I'm a great father and that she needs to seek help to find out why she is always needing other mens attention. I am honestly at my ropes end though, do I just compile some self worth for myself and walk away entirely? then she can have her time to discover herself? but I have a feeling one day she may realize she wanted us all along and I will be too far gone at that point.
