The problem that I have is Hypoglycemia from my Genetics! When I get the shack's I have to eat consume sweet's then they go away

Ive been high for along time 😮 i dont any or little to no sugar at all * sugar remains high. Disabled somewhat on exercise as it is very limited on what i can do. 😢

So I was just turned onto Leptin and not drinking coffee first thing in the morning as it throws my leptin out of whack. I should instead eat a high fat, high protein breakfast, wait 30 minutes and then have coffee. I have been intermittent fasting for years and my go to has been black coffee in the morning. How does this play with rotational fasting and what do you think about the Leptin issue? Thanks for what you do!
