Learned and Gained so much from your videos, Can you do a in depth video on Supplements you take or recommend for different goals? For example my goal is to Shred and I have been taking BCAA and Fat Burners, its working but I want to know what other options are out there.

I have always taken Creatine before my workouts. So it is best to take before your workouts. Can you please explain why take it before working out?
