this workout puts so much strain and pressure on my neck and it makes me feel like I'm doing it wrong cause then I don't feel the burn in my abs

I kept delaying to do day 5 but in the end, I did it and I feel great, thank you for supporting us while we are struggling with exercises, your voice makes me keep going and pushing myself.

To anyone who's watching these and feel bad that they can't do some of the workouts without modifying them, I believe in you!! I've been doing the first week of the workouts as my long term daily workout and I still can't do v ups, sit ups or really properly touching my toes without bending my knees. I'm getting better slowly everyday! I was able to do full sit ups for the first time in awhile today! If I can do this so can you keep growing at your own pace you deserve praise and patience 💕

does anyone have any tips for how to make your neck not hurt when doing the ab exercises ? i know you're supposed to squeeze your abs but that still doesn't really help me :/
